Occasionaly, they have sign in issues-the system freezes and nobody can sign in for hours. I really think that if they improve this issue their product will be perfect, and I can't wait for them to do so. You can tag people, and they will be notified, and you have a video call option on screen to save you from writing long explanations. I think that the biggest pro of using HipChat is that you create your own rooms, where you add users and share files at once, instead of sending them to all employees separately. The members of my team agree strongly with this. I like cute apps, and that's exactly what HipChat is-a cute, little icon with a rich, yet simple interface! I've used a couple of chat messagers so far, but nothing alike this one. What are the best aspects of this product?
